This is a lighting system made by the designer's collective NUCLEO and the company Caino Design.
It's the result of a research focused on investigating the new expressive opportunities of the photochemical machining applied to thin metal sheets. Its many possible configurations also result from the malleability of the metal and it can be used as a pendant light, a wall light, a table light or a floor light.
We choose objects which define our identities and relate to them because they can transfer a message which triggers empathy. We want to adapt them to our personalities and configure them according to our home environment. We want objects with an unique finished appearance and we want to take an active part in their creation.
